Pondang fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Alberto sprawls well initially but Pondang persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Pondang stops Alberto from getting back to his feet.
Pondang trying to control from half guard but Alberto is working away.
Alberto works his way to full guard. Good work.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Pondang's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Pondang knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Alberto on the ground.

Pondang is sitting in close to Alberto's body. Alberto has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Pondang is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Pondang is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Alberto.
