And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rexum paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

It looks like Shawn Anderson has been cut.

Anderson is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Rexum's half guard.

Rexum is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Anderson pulls his head out easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rexum utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Rexum escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Anderson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Anderson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rexum. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Anderson has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Rexum to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Anderson is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Rexum pulls down on the head and he's put Anderson to sleep! This one is all over!
