The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helguera wants to clinch up but Belisle keeps it at a distance.
Helguera takes one to the chin there.
Helguera tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Belisle manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Helguera fails with an attempt to clinch.
Belisle missing with a left hand there. Helguera was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Helguera wants to clinch.
Belisle circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sloppy strikes from Helguera. Those never looked like landing.
Helguera takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Helguera fails in his attempt to clinch.
Belisle thows a body shot but no joy.
Luis Helguera seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Belisle moves into range and connects with a jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Helguera ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Belisle lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Belisle just misses with a punch to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Helguera. Belisle does a little dance to reset his feet.

Helguera misses with a double jab
and Helguera takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Belisle scores with the left hand. Helguera knows he should have avoided that one.
Helguera misses with a series of wild punches.
A jab lands there for Belisle.
Helguera misses with an uppercut.
Belisle slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Helguera is rocked!

Belisle moves into the clinch successfully.
Belisle lands with a short shot to the head.
Helguera is still on wobbly legs! Can Belisle finish him?
Belisle misses with the head strike.
Helguera seems to have recovered his senses.
Helguera stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Helguera jumps guard and drags Belisle to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Helguera is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Belisle is aware though and is defending well.
Belisle working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Helguera's head.

Helguera has his foot on Belisle's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Belisle works his way back into a safe position though.

Belisle throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Helguera works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Belisle working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Belisle postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Belisle wants to control from the top but Helguera keeps moving.
Helguera can't keep his opponent in guard - Belisle advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Belisle passes the guard and advances to mount!
Helguera tries to hold on but Belisle pushes him away.
Belisle has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Helguera's face.
Belisle lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Helguera! Belisle sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Helguera and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
