Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Black Willow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Souwer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Willow comes to the cage accompanied by No music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Willow keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Willow looks to land a combination but Souwer avoids it well.
Willow darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Willow tries to clinch up but Souwer circles away and keeps his distance.
Willow jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Willow keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Souwer fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Black Willow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andy Souwer.
Willow dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Willow stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Willow wants it to stay on the feet.

Black Willow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Souwer on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Willow connects with a right hand. Souwer shakes it off.
Sloppy strikes from Willow. Those never looked like landing.

Souwer walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Souwer takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Souwer looks gassed!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Willow.
Souwer takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Souwer takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Willow bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Souwer's head backwards.
Willow scoring well with a low kick there.
Willow throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Willow looks to land a combination. Souwer sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Souwer shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Willow defends it nicely.
Willow dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Souwer. That did some damage!
Willow is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Willow punishes Souwer's body with a nice straight punch.
Willow lands with a thumping leg kick.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Souwer wants a takedown but no success here.
Souwer tries for a takedown. No joy.
Willow is pressed up against the cage. Souwer has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Willow down to the mat. Willow avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Willow throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

Willow closes the distance and clinches.
Willow lands a nice shot to the body.
Willow lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Souwer backwards.
Willow lands a nice knee to the body.
Willow will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Souwer up against the cage.

Willow breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Willow is looking to clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Willow scores with a jab.
Willow bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Souwer's head backwards.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Black Willow dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Willow lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Souwer is defended easily by Willow.
Willow works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Souwer fails with a takedown attempt.
Souwer showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Willow.
Souwer shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Willow counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Black Willow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andy Souwer.

Willow pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Willow lands with a straight right. Souwer didn't see that one coming.
Willow moves in looking to clinch but Souwer pushes him off.

Willow clinches.

Willow breaks the clinch.
Willow feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Souwers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Souwer shoots in looking for a takedown but Willow manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Souwer's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Willow tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Souwer paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Souwer shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Willow pinned against the cage. Willow gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Souwer is breathing heavily.

Willow stalls.

Souwer is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Willow gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Willow breaks the clinch.
Souwer slips a jab and a cross from Willow.
Willow tries to close the distance and clinch up but Souwer swats him away and circles back towards the center.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Souwer on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Willow. Willow obviously looking to wear him down.

Black Willow is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Willow connects with a jab.
Willow lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Souwer backs up against the cage.
Willow dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Willow scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Souwer is trying desperately to land a takedown but Willow is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Souwer.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Willow goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Willow bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Willow connects with a solid leg kick.
Willow scores with a jab.

Souwer walks into a stiff left hand from Willow.
Willow connects with a body shot.
Willow tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Willow moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Souwer on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Souwer shoots in for a takedown but Willow shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Willow lands a two punch combo.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Willow looks to land a combination but Souwer avoids it well.
Souwer has his takedown stuffed
and Willow counters with a stiff right hand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Black Willow dominated that second round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Willow moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Souwer has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Souwer checks a leg kick.
Willow misses with a body shot.
Willow swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Souwer shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Willow as he avoids it easily.
Willow tries to close the distance and clinch up but Souwer swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Souwer gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Good leg kick by Willow there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Willow misses with a wild combination.
Willow cracks Souwer with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Willow misses with a low kick.
Black Willow is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Souwer misses with a head kick.
Horrible takedown by Souwer or perhaps it was just good defense by Willow which made him look bad.
Souwer takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Willow is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Souwer can do to turn this around?
Souwer is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Souwer's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Souwer fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Willow avoids it really well and circles away.
Black Willow has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andy Souwer.
Willow cracks Souwer with a good jab.
Black Willow is winning the standup battle so far.

Willow throws a one two combo.
Souwer will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Willow scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Nice shot lands for Willow.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Willow manages to break the clinch.
Willow tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Souwer was well out of range. Poor timing from Willow.
Willow tests Souwer's chin there with a solid looking shot.
A low kick from Willow is predictable there

and Souwer counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Souwer looking to pass the guard.

Souwer drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Souwer jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Willow is trying to control the position but Souwer postures up.
Souwer won't allow Willow to sweep him here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Willow keeping moving, preventing Souwer from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Souwer thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Black Willow is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Souwer sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Willow's guard.
Andy Souwer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Souwer is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Souwer tries to pass to full mount but Willow defends it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Souwer is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

And that's the end of the fight!
Black Willow showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Willow, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
