Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Paynding Nimo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Draven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Draven dives in and grabs Nimo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nimo pushes down on Draven's head and hops out.
Nimo throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Draven sees it coming and avoids it easily.
No joy there for Draven, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nimo scores with a jab to the jaw.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Draven.
Draven moves out of range of the body kick from Nimo.
Horrible takedown by Draven or perhaps it was just good defense by Nimo which made him look bad.
Paynding Nimo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric Draven.
Nimo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Draven pinned against the cage. Draven gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Draven tries for a takedown but Nimo sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Draven goes for a takedown attempt but Nimo pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Draven avoids a kick to the body.
Nimo stalks Draven and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Draven's face. Draven staggers backwards, shaken.
Nimo really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Nimo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nimo misses with a two punch combination.
Draven ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Nimo misses with a double jab.
Draven avoids the body shot from Nimo.
Nimo throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Nimo misses with an uppercut. Draven saw that one coming.
Nimo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Draven swivels and escapes.
Draven shoots in looking for a takedown. Nimo tries to sprawl out of it but Draven keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nimo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Nimo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Nimo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Draven was well out of range. Poor timing from Nimo.

Nimo tries to bum rush Draven with a series of wild strikes but Draven uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Draven lunges at Nimo with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Nimo's hand.
Nimo darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Draven misses with a kick to the body.
Nimo throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Draven moves out of range of the body kick.
Draven throws a solid leg kick but Nimo takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Draven.
Draven shoots for a takedown but Nimo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Draven.
Some bone on bone action there as Draven checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Nimo scores with a sloppy right hand. Draven should have avoided that one.

Nimo defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Draven.

Draven throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Nimo on the side of the head.
Nimo shoots in but no luck this time.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Nimo lands the left hand.

Nimo misses the shot to the body.
Nimo throws a right and a left that Draven avoids nicely.
Nimo tries to clinch up but Draven circles away and keeps his distance.
Draven uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Nimo moves out of range as Draven strikes.
Draven is trying hard to land a takedown here. Nimo sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Nimo lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Draven has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Draven and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Nimo throws a wild body kick that Draven sees coming a mile off.
Nimo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Draven sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nimo somewhat.

Nimo is desperately trying to improve his position but Draven has a good base and remains in mount.

Draven has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Nimo is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Draven yanks on the arm and Nimo is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Draven.
