Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jesus Slate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Strong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slate comes to the cage accompanied by Some song he made last night. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Slate darts in and clinches Strong up against the cage.
Slate working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Strong's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Slate breaks from the clinch.
Slate comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Nice cross by Slate.

Slate shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Strong is looking to escape.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Slate not doing much here.
Slate is pressing down on Strong's thigh, looking to free his foot. Strong is holding on for now.
Slate looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Slate drops an elbow to the side of Strong's head.

Slate moves nicely into side control.
Slate passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Strong!
Slate landing strikes from the mount.

Strong is rocked!
Slate cracks Strong with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Strong is still in real trouble! Can Slate finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Slate is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Strong goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Slate!
