Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tito Sotto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Fitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sotto comes to the cage accompanied by It's A Fight - Three 6 Mafia. John Fitch has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fitch gets a double leg takedown into Sotto's guard.
Sotto manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Fitch manages to get himself to full guard.
Sotto trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Fitch looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Fitch's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Sotto won't allow Fitch to get back to his feet.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Tito Sotto just wasn't active enough.
Fitch takes a kick to the side of the head.

It looks like John Fitch has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sotto lands a nice looking body kick.

Fitch looking to score a takedown here. Sotto is defending well but Fitch drives through and ends up in Sotto's guard.

Sotto has his foot on Fitch's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Fitch works his way back into a safe position though.

Sotto is looking to sinch up a triangle. Fitch throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Sotto's body to avoid the submission. Sotto has instead reached around Fitch's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Sotto arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
