Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riley throws a sloppy head kick and Santos moves out of range easily.
Riley looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Santos is fending him off so far but Riley persists. Nope, Santos circles away and we're back to standing.
Riley throws a lazy head kick
and Santos counters with a series of strikes. Riley will be more careful next time no doubt.
Santos looks to land a combination but Riley avoids it well.
Santos misses with the combination.
Riley will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Riley misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

and Santos counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

and Santos counters with a nice leg kick.
Jake Santos is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Riley is breathing heavily.
Santos pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Riley has a takedown stuffed.
Santos goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Riley closes the distance looking to clinch
and Santos counters with a three punch combo that has Riley backing up. Riley nods at Santos to acknowledge the strikes.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Santos counters with a head kick that drops Riley to the mat! Riley scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

and Santos finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

and Santos counters with a straight right hand.
Riley avoids the head kick by Santos.
Santos with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Marcus Riley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Riley misses with a wild body shot.
Santos throws a nice outside leg kick.
A right-left combo lands from Santos.
Riley shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Santos sprawls well. Santos wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Riley gets slowly back to his feet.

Santos lands a big head kick that sends Riley tumbling to the mat! Santos takes a step backwards and waves Riley back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Oh Riley is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Santos cracks Riley's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Riley slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Santos can do further damage! This one is done, son!
