Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jorma Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jorma Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Billy West!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
West instigates a clinch.
Johnson pulls guard.
Johnson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Johnson working for a triangle but West defends it easily.
West pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Johnson is keeping the position for now.
This has been an exciting period of action!
West is looking to stand up but Johnson won't let him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Johnson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. West gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Johnson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Johnson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but West can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Johnson not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Johnson has his foot on West's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. West works his way back into a safe position though.
West stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Johnson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Johnson is trying to control the position but West postures up.
West would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
West stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Johnson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Johnson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. West defends it easily.
West trying to stand up but can't free himself from Johnson's guard.
West really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Johnson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Johnson is trying to control the position but West postures up.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
A low kick from Johnson misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
West shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Johnson's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
West distracts Johnson with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
West is looking to stand up but Johnson won't let him.
Johnson pulls West in close to his closed guard and prevents West from doing any damage or advancing position.
Johnson keeping moving, preventing West from controlling successfully.

West trying to control the position from guard on top but Johnson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as West accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Billy West wasn't active enough on the ground.
West shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Johnson looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Still in half guard, West seems content to control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Billy West will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
West looking to score a takedown here. Johnson is defending well but West drives through and ends up in Johnson's guard.
West avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

West throws a sloppy strike and Johnson has hooked up an armbar on the loose arm! He's turned and extended fully! West is forced to tap! Great BJJ from Johnson!
