Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taylor Norton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edgar Allan Poe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Poe is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Heartbeats. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Edgar Allan Poe!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Norton, as that shot connected.
Norton checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Poe takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Norton on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Poe. Poe obviously looking to wear him down.
Poe attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Poe misses with an attempted mid kick.
Crunch! Norton slams his shin into Poe's torso.
Poe tries to clinch but Norton moves out of range.
Norton clobbers Poe with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Norton fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Poe manages to avoid it.
Poe on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Norton. Norton obviously looking to wear him down.
Norton swings for the body but Poe moves out of range.
Norton walks into a stiff left hand from Poe.
Poe throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Poe closes the distance but Norton moves to the side
and Norton counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Poe ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Norton moves away.
Norton scores with a nice strike.
Poe fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Norton is out of range.

Norton tries a head kick but it misses.
Poe takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Norton moves into the clinch.
Norton pushes Poe back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Norton goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Norton can't find room to land a body shot as Poe controls the action.
Norton scores with a shot to the side of Poe's head.

Norton fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Poe looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Norton misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Norton takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Norton lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Norton fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Norton lands a nice leg kick that just misses Poe's sensitive parts.

Norton fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Norton uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Norton scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Norton fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Norton is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Poe crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Norton - the referee stops the clock and Poe gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Norton. Poe manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Norton lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Norton wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Poe is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

A jab lands there for Norton.
Norton is looking to wear down Poe with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Norton lands a right hook to the body.
Norton throws a good cross that connects.
Poe has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Norton.
Norton uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Poe has time to react.
Norton is looking to slow Poe down with leg kicks.
Norton moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Norton thows a body kick. Poe tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Norton stuns Poe with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Poe chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Norton can pounce on him.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Poe has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Norton.
Norton throws a front kick that sends Poe stumbling back into the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Poe looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Norton connects with a solid leg kick.
Norton lands a really nice looking cross but Poe seems unphased.

Norton feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Poe sprawling to the canvas! Poe rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Norton finish him?!

Norton takes the fight into the clinch.
Norton lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Poe to his knees! Norton keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
