The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Felipe Paraventi and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arona feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gracie sprawling to the canvas! Gracie rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Arona finish him?!
It looks like Thiago Gracie has been cut.
Gracie blocks a jab.
Gracie avoids the body shot from Arona.
Arona throws a lazy right hand but Gracie sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Gracie gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Arona points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Gracie wakes up just in time to hear Arona thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). George Arona!
