The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from McFey, right into the meat.
McFey is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
McFey looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
McFey fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Typhon is out of range.

Good leg kick by Typhon there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Adelphos Typhon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

McFey does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

McFey tries to score a power double leg takedown but Typhon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten McFey somewhat.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Adelphos Typhon hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Typhon lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
McFey on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Typhon looks for the body kick but McFey saw that one coming.
Typhon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McFey manages to avoid it.
Some bone on bone action there as McFey checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Well Typhon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
