And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morris looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Krauss is fending him off so far but Morris persists. Nope, Krauss circles away and we're back to standing.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Morris.
Krauss shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Krauss is nestled in close to Morris, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Morris working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Morris is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Krauss defends it well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Michael Krauss will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Screech Morris's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Screech Morris has got the better of the ground game so far.
Krauss wants to hold on but Morris pushes him away.
Morris landing strikes from the mount.
Krauss can't escape the position.
Krauss knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Morris on the ground.
Morris cracks Krauss with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
BOOM! Morris connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Krauss tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Morris is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Krauss has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Krauss is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Morris landing strikes from the mount and Krauss is in trouble!
Morris lands with some strikes.
Morris looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Krauss covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
