Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chuck Franklin!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franklin manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Ovoreem on his heels. He'll look to pass Ovoreem's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Franklin advances to half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Franklin in particular looking to stall.
Ovoreem blocking the ground and pound attempt from Franklin.
Ovoreem on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
It looks like Amilstair Ovoreem has been cut.
Franklin uses his free foot to push down on Ovoreem's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Ovoreem.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ovoreem is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Franklin cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Amilstair Ovoreem's cut is getting worse.
Franklin is working for a guillotine from mount but Ovoreem frees his head quite easily.
Franklin postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Ovoreem out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Franklin goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Chuck Franklin!
