The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Jones.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Jones tries for a kimura but Hazzard is defending well.

Jones is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hazzard doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jones.

Jones looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hazzard with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jones maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Hazzard could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Jones has cracked it and Hazzard is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Jones!
