Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kung Lao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damion Skye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lao's entrance music is Mortal Kombat-Techno Kombat. A fine choice. Skye has chosen Never Gonna Stop - Rob Zombie as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Decent striking displayed by Lao there.
Skye lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Lao misses with a hook. Skye ducked under it nicely.
A swing and a miss from Lao.
Lao keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lao takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Skye looks to land a left hand but Lao moved out of range nicely.
Damion Skye seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lao fails to land the takedown.
Lao lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Lao misses with a looping left.
Skye lands the left hand.
Skye lands with a nice body punch.

Lao checks a low kick from Skye.
Skye connects with a looping right hand.
Skye cracks Lao with a right hand to the side of the head.
Skye throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Lao throws a head kick that misses.
Skye tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lao was well out of range. Poor timing from Skye.
Skye throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Lao thows a body shot but no joy.
Lao uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Skye.
Skye rushes Lao and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Lao struggles to land a body shot inside as Skye controls his hands.
Skye misses with a body punch.
Lao is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lao tries a body shot but Skye blocks it.
Lao jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Skye walks away with a smile on his face. Lao gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Skye is looking to clinch but Lao is avoiding it.
Nice uppercut lands for Skye. That snapped Lao's head back.
Skye throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Skye walks into a jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Skye moves out of range of the body kick.
Skye lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Lao fails to land with a series of punches.
Lao misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kung Lao. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Skye works the jab nicely.

Skye connects with the punch.
Skye lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
A punch lands to the side of Lao 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Lao is rocked!
Skye cracks Lao with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Lao falls to his knees and Skye doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
