Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Archie Ferguson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank James Edgar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ferguson comes into the arena with Dirty Harry - Gorillaz blaring out of the sound system. Frank James Edgar will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edgar keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Ferguson.
Ferguson throws a series of punches but Edgar moves out of range.
Edgar scores with a jab. Ferguson acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

It looks like Archie Ferguson has been cut.
Edgar tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ferguson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Edgar throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ferguson looks to land a body kick but Edgar moved away.
No joy there for Ferguson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ferguson takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Ferguson moves forwards but Edgar connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Edgar gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Ferguson to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Edgar wants to get back to his feet but Ferguson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Edgar kicks Ferguson off and gets to his feet.
Archie Ferguson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A decent looking cross lands there for Edgar.
Edgar fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ferguson swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Edgar comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Ferguson stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Edgar is on him like rabid pit bull! Ferguson slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
