Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Little John (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rasta Fary (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John comes to the cage accompanied by its a fight. Fary has chosen El toro guapo as his entrance music. Little John had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
John takes one on the button.
Fary misses with a body shot
and John counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
John shoots in looking for a takedown. Fary tries to sprawl out of it but John keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fary manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

It looks like Little John has been cut.
John changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fary tries to avoid it but John manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fary to the ground. Fary escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Rasta Fary seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
John shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Fary cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from John.

and John counters with a nice double leg into side control. Fary won't be happy with that.

John is looking to take a break and control but Fary is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
