Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mister Spock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pablo Out (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spock comes to the ring accompanied by 2000 Light Years. Out is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Kickstart. Mister Spock has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mister Spock!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Pablo Out!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Out or perhaps it was just good defense by Spock which made him look bad.
Out shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Spock throws a body punch but Out moves out of range.
Out closes this distance looking for a takedown but Spock circles away.
Mister Spock has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pablo Out.
Good exchange - Spock coming out on top.
Out fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Spock throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Out on the side of the head.
Spock gets a clinch.
Out looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Nice elbow from Spock.
Out is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Spock lands an elbow inside.
Out is still on wobbly legs! Can Spock finish him?
Spock breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Out takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Out seems to have recovered his senses.
Spock feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Out sprawling to the canvas! Out rolls over backwards and springs off the ropes and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Spock finish him?!
Spock slips a jab and a cross from Out.
Spock fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Out.
Out takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Out looks gassed!
Out misses with a leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Out takes a shot right to the bread basket.
A slapping body kick lands there for Spock.
Out takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
An inside leg kick lands from Spock.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Spock moves into the clinch successfully.
Out takes a knee to the side of the body.
Spock unloads a knee to the mid-section. Out lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Spock is pushing Out up against the ropes, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Spock lands a knee to the head.
Spock lands an elbow inside.
Spock taking a breather.
Spock manages to break the clinch.
Spock cracks Out with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the ropes! Out falls to his knees and Spock doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mister Spock!
