The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Yano drives through and clinches with Tokumbo against the cage.
Tokumbo trying to land knees to the body.

Yano moves into range and clinches up with Tokumbo.

Tokumbo tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Yano just stands there and leans against the cage.
Tokumbo tries a knee to the head but Yano blocks it.

Yano lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Tokumbo is trying to escape back to his feet but Yano uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Tokumbo tries to improve position but can't.
Tokumbo tries to control but Yano manages to take his back.
Good control from Yano.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
