Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Starbuck fails with the takedown
and Starbuck takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Engbloom changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Starbuck looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Engbloom tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Starbuck is looking for a sweep.
Engbloom knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Starbuck on the ground.

Engbloom looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Engbloom is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Starbuck's shoulder. That is not cool.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Engbloom throwing strikes but missing, from side control.

Engbloom wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Starbuck, who protects the arm well.
The strikes coming from Engbloom are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Engbloom swings around for an armbar but Starbuck sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Engbloom's guard.

Engbloom is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Starbuck frees his head nicely. Oh but Engbloom has switched to an armbar! Starbuck is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
