PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Slim Tussu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peeeers Mies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tussu comes to the cage accompanied by Chocolate Salty Balls. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tussu tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
A slow jab from Mies misses its intended target.
Mies misses with a looping left.

Peeeers Mies seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mies throws a body punch but Tussu moves out of range.

Tussu drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Mies pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Tussu back to the cage. Mies follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Mies tries to bum rush Tussu with a series of wild strikes but Tussu uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Mies stalks Tussu and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Tussu's face. Tussu staggers backwards, shaken.
Tussu has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Peeeers Mies showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
