Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James William (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and All Inn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). William kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Outlaw's Reward . Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, James William!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 1, fighting out of New York, All Inn!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Lou da Vinci and Anthony Taglia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
William fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Inn looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A looping hook to the body misses from Inn. William does a little dance to reset his feet.

Inn stuffs the takedown attempt from William. William gets slowly back to his feet.
Inn moves away from the strike by William.

Inn looks to throw the jab but William is out of range.
William jabbing away but nothing is landing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Inn shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. William manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now William is on top in guard.

Inn is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but William is surviving well by controlling Inn's body position as best he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
William gets back to half guard.
Inn wants to control but William is keeping him busy.
William is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Inn is thwarting William's attempts to control the position.

William slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Inn stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. William swivels though and keeps the full guard.

William looking for a guillotine here but Inn defends easily.

William has his foot on Inn's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Inn works his way back into a safe position though.

William looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Inn has picked William up and slammed him! William can't keep hold of the triangle and Inn manages to pass to side control!
William gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

William is not content to let Inn control the position.
William moves into full guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

James William dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


William is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Inn.
Inn takes a shot to the body in his stride.
William misses with an uppercut.
William throws a hook but Inn blocks it.
Inn lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.


It looks like James William has been cut.
William connects with a crisp jab.
William feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Inns jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Inn takes a swing at William's ribcage but misses.

Inn tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but William was well out of range. Poor timing from Inn.
William moves out of range of the strikes.
William stuns Inn with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Inn lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Inn fails with a takedown attempt.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from William, right into the meat.
Inn throws an overhand right that lands on William's shoulder, as William tries to avoid the shot.
Inn misses with a double jab.
Inn checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
All Inn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Inn fails with the takedown.
Inn ducks down and throws a hook to the body but William moves away.
Nice takedown defense from Inn. No joy for William on that attempt.

William shoots in and gets a takedown into Inn's guard.
William in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Inn utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

William content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

William slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Inn is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. William is aware though and is defending well.
James William overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
William working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Inn looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
William is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells William's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Inn is trying to control the position but William postures up.
Inn wants to sweep but no luck.

William looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

William prevents Inn from improving his position.
William scores with a couple of good hammerfists.


Inn is rocked!
William scores with a big shot! Inn's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Inn! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). James William!
