Tepes fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Civita.

Tepes drops Civita with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Civita looks back up at him and smiles so Tepes waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
