Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Benjy Bronk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyler tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bronk paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Bronk fails with the takedown

and Tyler counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Tyler tries to free his leg and advance position but Bronk is retaining full guard.
Tyler controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Tyler thows a big elbow that misses.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bronk is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Tyler still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Tyler has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Tyler looks up at the clock and then as Bronk takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Tyler smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Tyler is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bronk is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tyler tries for a kimura but Bronk is defending well.

Tyler thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bronk manages to work his way to half guard, despite Tyler's best efforts.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Bronk looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tyler is fending him off so far but Bronk persists. Nope, Tyler circles away and we're back to standing.

Bronk throws and elbow that misses. Tyler uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bronk's guard. Nice move by Tyler!

Tyler looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Bronk has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Tyler is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
