Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Phil Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Voitto Vekkiotsamo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Vekkiotsamo lands a two punch combo.
It looks like Phil Davis has been cut.

and Davis counters with a left to the body.
Vekkiotsamo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Davis stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Vekkiotsamo moves in looking to clinch but Davis pushes him off.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Vekkiotsamo, as that shot connected.

Davis on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Vekkiotsamo moves into range and clinches up with Davis.
Davis has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Vekkiotsamo is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Vekkiotsamo lands a left and a right that send Davis crashing to the mat, dazed. Vekkiotsamo thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Phil Davis's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Vekkiotsamo pounces like a tiger and cracks Davis with a vicious hook! Davis is down but not out! Vekkiotsamo follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
