Tuffs has chosen Korn Blind as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tuffs feints and as Watkinhelm raises his hands in defense, Tuffs changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Tuffs is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Watkinhelm wants to sweep but no luck.
Tuffs drops back looking for a leg! Watkinhelm is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Watkinhelm manages to kick Tuffs off! Tuffs jumps back into Watkinhelm's guard.

Tuffs throws a big right hand that misses.
Tuffs drops back, looking for a kneebar! Watkinhelm looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Watkinhelm looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Watkinhelm!
Tuffs is trying to get back to half guard.

Tuffs is looking to regain half guard here but Watkinhelm keeps moving and retains side control.
Tuffs takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Watkinhelm knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tuffs on the ground.
Tuffs gets back to half guard.
Tuffs makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Tuffs.
Watkinhelm stands up over Tuffs, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tuffs is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Tuffs has his foot on Watkinhelm's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Watkinhelm works his way back into a safe position though.
Watkinhelm trying to control the position from guard on top but Tuffs is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Tuffs is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Watkinhelm defends well.
Tuffs looking for a triangle here. Watkinhelm is fighting it but it looks tight! Tuffs pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Watkinhelm is tapping out - this one is all over!
