The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Linden tries to clinch but Kodeinich is having none of it.
Kodeinich finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Kodeinich throws a sloppy head kick and Linden moves out of range easily.
Kodeinich lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Kodeinich throws a half hearted mid kick.
Linden looks for a takedown but Kodeinich sprawls well.
Kodeinich looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Bariga Kodeinich seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Linden fails with a takedown attempt.
Kodeinich throws a right hand that Linden ducks under and follows up with a left that Linden also avoids with ease.
Sloppy strikes from Kodeinich. Those never looked like landing.
Kodeinich misses with a jab, cross combination.
Linden misses with a takedown attempt - Kodeinich sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wasili Linden. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Linden has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kodeinich finds it's way round the side to connect with Linden's head.
Kodeinich lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Kodeinich throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Kodeinich lands a left and a right that send Linden crashing to the mat, dazed. Kodeinich thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oh Linden is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kodeinich cracks Linden with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Linden tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Kodeinich pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Linden is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
