Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Red Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Harvey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fox comes to the ring accompanied by Sanford and Son. Harvey has chosen E-17 "Deep" as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Fox. Harvey does a little dance to reset his feet.
Fox misses with a straight right.
Harvey works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Fox pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Harvey lands a nice shot that snaps Fox's head back.
Harvey closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Harvey lands in his opponent's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Fox tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Fox working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Harvey doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Harvey manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Fox looking to hit a scissor sweep but Harvey is one step ahead there.
Harvey postures up and lands a big shot to Fox's brow.
Fox has momentary wrist control but Harvey slips an elbow through the middle.

Fox is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Fox connects with a nice short shot to Harvey's temple.
Fox slips a nice elbow through Harvey's hands, connecting with Harvey's forehead.
Fox lands with a punch from half guard.
Harvey on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Harvey regains full guard. Nicely done.

Harvey has his foot on Fox's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Fox works his way back into a safe position though.
Harvey escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fox gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Fox postures up in Harvey's guard and throws a big left but Harvey blocks it.
Fox chips away with some ground and pound.
Fox is looking to stand up but Harvey won't let him.
