Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Drew Step (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vlad Tapisht (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Tapisht's choice of entrance music: Evanescence: Bring Me To Life. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tapisht closes the distance and clinches up with Step, looking for a takedown. Tapisht pushes Step against the ropes but Step circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Tapisht throws out a powerful jab.
Tapisht fails to land with a series of punches.
Vlad Tapisht seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Step tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tapisht swivels and escapes.
Nice shot lands for Tapisht.
Step is rocked!
Tapisht misses with a two punch combination.
Oh Step is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sloppy strikes from Step. Those never looked like landing.
Step seems to have got his legs back now.
Step misses with a hook to the body
and Tapisht counters with a straight that turns Step's legs to rubber! Tapisht pushes forward with more strikes and Step goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!
