Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shit Bix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Spat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Shit Bix has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Shit Bix!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jack Spat!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Illya Tyunina and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bix connects with a crisp jab.

Spat fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bix, pushing him back against the ropes.

Spat breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Spat gets a double leg takedown into Bix's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Spat stopping the sweep attempt from Bix.
Bix keeping full guard, as Spat tries to pass.
Spat controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Bix throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Bix controls Spat momentarily but Spat frees himself.
Spat working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Spat gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Bix fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Spat to the ground. Bix is now in Spat's guard.

Spat is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Spat keeping moving, preventing Bix from controlling successfully.
Spat wants to sweep here but Bix controlling him for the moment.

Spat pushes Bix off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Bix shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Spat's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bix trying to control but Spat is working from the bottom.
Bix won't allow Spat to get back to his feet.
Bix stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Spat swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Spat throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Bix preventing the sweep.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Bix got a little sloppy there for a moment and Spat has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bix has managed to get both his arms back between Spat's legs - danger averted.

Bix looking to sit in guard and control but Spat gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Spat passes Bix's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Spat seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Spat is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Bix throws a series of punches but Spat avoids them all with ease.

Spat throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Bix tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Spat is in Bix's guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Jack Spat wasn't active enough on the ground.

Bix shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Bix was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Spat bucks Bix off and manages to get back to his feet!

OK we're going to have a standup here. Jack Spat hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Spat changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bix looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Spat staying calm.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Bix is looking to regain half guard here but Spat keeps moving and retains side control.
Bix is trying to escape the position but Spat is controlling the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Jack Spat wasn't active enough on the ground.
Bix swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jack Spat showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Bix is looking for a sweep. Spat is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Still in half guard, Spat seems content to control.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Jack Spat.

Bix scores a takedown into full mount!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Spat really wants to buck Bix off and get back to his feet.
Spat wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Spat trying to get back to his feet but Bix is in full control for now.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Spat trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.

Bix has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Spat has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Bix gets his hands free as Spat looks to control.

Jack Spat is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Bix is looking for a rear naked choke here but Spat reverses the position brilliantly into Bix's guard!
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Bix gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Jack Spat comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Spat has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
