The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LeBanana tries to clinch there but Carver circles away.

Carver connects with a body shot that sends LeBanana's belly button to the back.
LeBanana shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Carver pinned against the cage. Carver gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

and LeBanana counters with a body kick that stops Carver in his tracks momentarily.

LeBanana shoots in but Carver avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Carver works the jab nicely.

LeBanana shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Carver but Carver pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Carver wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Carver takes a swing at LeBanana's ribcage but misses.
Carver is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Carver keeps the fight on the outside.
Carver will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Carver misses with an uppercut. LeBanana saw that one coming.
Carver leaves LeBanana with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
LeBanana shoots in looking for a takedown but Carver manages to keep the fight standing, pushing LeBanana's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

LeBanana takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

LeBanana is trying desperately to land a takedown but Carver is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for LeBanana.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Carver steps in with a hook that catches LeBanana right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Carver follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! LeBanana looks absolutely devastated.
