Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Buster Cherry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miles Long (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cherry comes to the cage accompanied by Busters Back. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Long throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Cherry's corner calls for a 1-2. Cherry obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

It looks like Miles Long has been cut.
Long scores with a one two! Cherry had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Long throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Cherry stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Cherry avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Long throws a nice looking combination but Cherry bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Buster Cherry seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
