The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Rivera with that takedown attempt.

Bot feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Rivera sprawling to the canvas! Rivera rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Bot finish him?!

It looks like Mountain Rivera has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Some wild striking there from Bot.
Rivera has a takedown stuffed.
Rivera shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bot sprawls well. Bot wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rivera gets slowly back to his feet.
Ali Bot has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mountain Rivera.
Bot misses the shot to the body.
Bot drops Rivera with a huge uppercut! Rivera drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Bot is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
