The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Atkins and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bikkel lands with a nice combination. Dunlap backs away looking to recover.


It looks like Jeff Dunlap has been cut.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dunlap.
Some wild striking there from Bikkel.
Nice body kick there by Bikkel.
Dunlap shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bikkel as he avoids it easily.
Dunlap showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bikkel.

Bikkel feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

and Dunlap counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Dunlap drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Dunlap jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Bikkel knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dunlap on the ground.

Bikkel controls Dunlap momentarily but Dunlap frees himself.

Dunlap drops back looking for a leg! Bikkel is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bikkel manages to kick Dunlap off! Dunlap jumps back into Bikkel's guard.

Bikkel can't keep his opponent in guard - Dunlap advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Dunlap is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bikkel scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Dunlap shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bikkel but Bikkel pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Dunlap moves out of range as Bikkel throws a body kick.
Bikkel lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

and Dunlap counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Bikkel!

Dunlap jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Bikkel manages to avoid the submission attempt.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Dunlap is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bikkel has escaped the position, nice work there.
Dunlap is breathing heavily.
Dunlap works to advance to full mount. Bikkel defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Bikkel is looking to get to half guard.

Dunlap wants to finish this one by submission but Bikkel is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Dunlap.
Bikkel is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Dunlap looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Dunlap goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Bikkel turns into him and now he's in Dunlap's guard.

Bikkel is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Dunlap has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Bikkel is looking to defend but Dunlap has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Bikkel! Dunlap pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Bikkel taps out and this one is all over!
