Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fe Reti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buhawi Jack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Fe Reti!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Buhawi Jack!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Marco Blurström and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jack throws a low kick but Reti avoids it.
Jack is looking to chop away at Reti's legs.

Jack looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Reti is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Reti knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jack on the ground.
Jack looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

Jack is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Reti defends it well.
Reti wants to improve his position but Jack is controlling well.
Jack moves into full mount! Reti won't be happy about that!

Jack goes for an armbar but Reti turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Reti.

Reti won't allow Jack to sweep him here.
Jack manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Reti manages to get himself to full guard.

Reti tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Jack advances position into side control!
Reti is looking for a sweep.
Reti prevents Jack from moving into mount.
Jack works to advance to full mount. Reti defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Jack working for a guillotine from mount but Reti is in no mood to give up.

Jack looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Reti is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jack is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Reti can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jack jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Reti manages to avoid the submission attempt.
You can see the frustration on Reti's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Reti manages to work his way to half guard, despite Jack's best efforts.
Reti might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Jack wants to free his trapped foot but Reti is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Reti on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Reti tries to get out of the position.

Jack is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Jack trying to pass the guard but Reti defending well.
Reti is looking to improve his position.
Reti makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Reti.
Jack pushes down on Reti's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Jack is looking for a kimura but Reti is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Jack to get the leverage.
Reti trying to hold on to Jack's head to control him but Jack postures up.
Reti is trying to get back to full guard.

Jack is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Reti has managed to free his arm - good work.
Reti wants to improve his position but Jack is controlling well.
Jack is thwarting Reti's attempts to control the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jack wants to pass the guard but Reti is defending well.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Reti works his way to full guard. Good work.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Buhawi Jack dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Jack swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Reti shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Reti content to control rather than advance.

Jack moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Jack tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Reti is in close to Jack's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Reti postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Reti wants to control from the top but Jack keeps moving.

Jack has momentary wrist control but Reti slips an elbow through the middle.
Reti won't allow Jack to sweep him here.
Jack manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Jack moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Reti has worked his arm free - good work by Reti!

Reti is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Jack off and has taken his back!
Reti lands a shot to the head.
Jack turns into Reti and is now in his guard.

Jack is pushing down on Reti's leg trying to pass to half guard. Reti is fighting to maintain full guard but Jack has managed to sneak the leg through.
Reti is trying to get back to full guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Jack looking to pass the guard.
Reti is trying to control the position but Jack postures up.

Reti pulls Jack in close to prevent any damage.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Reti manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jack manages to get himself to full guard.

Reti works over Jack with some ground and pound from guard.
Reti connects with a couple of short punches.
Reti preventing the sweep.
Reti postures up and lands a big shot to Jack's brow.

Jack working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Reti doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Jack is tightening it up a little... Reti has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Reti reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Reti taps out! Nice BJJ there by Jack!
