Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Phil Williams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Sarel Labuschagne!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Richard Clark and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Williams fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Labuschagne to the ground. Williams is now in Labuschagne's guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Labuschagne is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Williams wants to improve his position but Labuschagne is controlling well.

That was a close round but I would say that Phil Williams will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

I think Labuschagne has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
