Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Seppo Susikasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hernanes Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Susikasi shoots in for a takedown but Silva shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A punch combination from Susikasi misses.
Silva feints and then cracks Susikasi's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Susikasi down.

Susikasi fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Silva sprawls well initially but Susikasi persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Susikasi wants to pass to mount but Silva is defending the position.
Susikasi passes to side control.
Silva tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Susikasi tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Susikasi has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Susikasi wants to lay and pray for a moment but Silva keeps working.

Silva pushes Susikasi away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Susikasi gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
