The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bonaza lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Bonaza catches Bonjasky with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Bonjasky fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Bonaza has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Bonaza scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Bonaza uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bonjasky.
Donk. Bonaza catches Bonjasky right on the button with a cross.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Some bone on bone action there as Bonaza checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Bonaza throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Ernesto Bonjasky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
