The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coggins circles away from the clinch attempt.
No joy there for Coggins, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bing doesn't manage to clinch there - Coggins circles away.

Bing tries to sprawl but Coggins drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Bing is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Bing avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Coggins.

Coggins is looking for a kimura here.

Bing looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Bing tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Coggins is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Bing wants to control but Coggins is keeping busy.

Bing is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Coggins pulls his head out easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bing is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Coggins is staying active.
Bing gets back to full guard.
Coggins missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Coggins accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Bing pushes a forearm under Coggins's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Coggins is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
