The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Richards moves into the clinch.
Richards tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Garcia avoids it.
Richards throws a knee to the head but misses.
Richards tries to score a body lock takedown but Garcia shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Richards is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Garcia is defending well for now.

Richards has Garcia pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Garcia manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Richards has hold of one of Garcia's legs. Garcia is fighting the takedown attempt but Richards gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Richards drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Richards jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Richards seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Garcia is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
