Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Algenir Mira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexi Laiho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laiho has chosen Children of Bodom - Are You Dead Yet? as his entrance music. Alexi Laiho acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Matheus Silva and Edson Gomes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laiho throws a wild body kick that Mira sees coming a mile off.
The fighters circle momentarily. Mira darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Laiho tries to bum rush Mira with a series of wild strikes but Mira uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A punch lands to the side of Mira 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Laiho avoids the body shot from Mira.
Laiho throws a head kick that misses.
Laiho avoids a punch combination nicely.
Laiho plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Laiho pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Mira connects with a jab.
Laiho scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Mira tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Mira lands a nice shot to the body.
Laiho pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Mira misses with a wild combination.
Mira throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Laiho.

Laiho avoids a punch combination nicely.
Laiho throws a half hearted mid kick.
Laiho circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mira throws a right and a left that both miss.
Mira moves out of range of the strikes.
A head kick misses from Laiho.
Laiho will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Sloppy strikes from Mira. Those never looked like landing.
Mira falls off balance throwing a combination
and Laiho counters with a head kick.
Mira throws a sloppy head kick and Laiho moves out of range easily.
Laiho throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Mira takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Laiho lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Mira is rocked!

Laiho looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Laiho backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Mira's temple! It sends Mira violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Laiho celebrates and the doctors try to help Mira!
