Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Lee enables Sawyer to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lee manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Lee is working an open guard so Sawyer takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Ivan Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lee lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Sawyer avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Sawyer walks into a stiff left hand from Lee.

Sawyer rushes Lee and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Lee drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Sawyer gets the underhooks and prevents it.

A short body shot lands from Sawyer as the two fighters clinch.
Lee looks gassed!

Sawyer tightens his grip and picks Lee up, before dumping him to the ground. Lee manages to land in guard.
Lee utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Lee is working an open guard so Sawyer takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Sawyer closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
