Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Njord Freyr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikola Popovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Freyr's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Twilight of the Thunder God. Njord Freyr had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 266.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. This should be fireworks!

Popovic's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Popovic crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Freyr - the referee stops the clock and Popovic gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Freyr. Popovic manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Popovic takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Freyr dips a shoulder and cracks Popovic with a mighty uppercut! Popovic falls back against the cage and Freyr unloads with a barrage of strikes! Popovic is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Freyr screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
