Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roller Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and shano dizi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roller Gracie could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to shano dizi's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Roller Gracie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, shano dizi!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Alec Ball and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie shoots in for a double leg but dizi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

dizi has Gracie up against the cage in a clinch.

dizi pulls guard successfully.

Gracie has gone for a leg lock! dizi slips out almost immediately though and dives into Gracie's guard.

dizi gets to his feet. Gracie looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Gracie closes this distance looking for a takedown but dizi circles away.
Roller Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

dizi forces Gracie back against the cage and clinches.
Gracie is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Roller Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gracie is breathing heavily.

dizi has Gracie pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. dizi pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Gracie tumbling to the mat - dizi dives into Gracie's guard.
dizi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
dizi controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
dizi tries to free his leg and advance position but Gracie is retaining full guard.
dizi sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Gracie's guard.

Gracie wants to sweep here but dizi controlling him for the moment.

The referee asks dizi politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. dizi prefers to stall for the moment though.
Gracie manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

dizi is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

dizi stands up from half guard.

dizi clinches up with Gracie and pushes him back against the cage.

dizi gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Gracie regains guard.

Gracie looking for a sweep. Not yet Gracie, not yet.
dizi passes Gracie's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
dizi landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Gracie looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
dizi prevents Gracie from improving his position.

Gracie has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for dizi. Oh but Gracie has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! dizi goes limp - he's gone! Gracie jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
