Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Willie Mcghee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lars Thunstrom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mcghee comes to the cage accompanied by Dropkick Murphys - The Warrior's Code. Thunstrom has chosen Prodigy - Spitfire as his entrance music. Lars Thunstrom has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Fedor Mirinova and Sergei Dronov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thunstrom throws a series of punches but Mcghee avoids them all with ease.
Mcghee scoring well with a low kick there.
Mcghee slips under a jab.
Mcghee shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Thunstrom defends it nicely.

Mcghee drops back, looking for a kneebar! Thunstrom looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Thunstrom looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Thunstrom!

Thunstrom goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Mcghee has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Thunstrom but great work by Mcghee.

That was a close round but I would say that Willie Mcghee will probably get the nod.

Mcghee takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Thunstrom is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Mcghee.
Thunstrom throws a body punch but Mcghee moves out of range.
Mcghee shoots in looking for a takedown but Thunstrom manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mcghee's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Thunstrom connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Thunstrom sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Mcghee's defenses. It connects perfectly with Mcghee's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
