Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Thiago Cunha and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turolla pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Davis misses with a jab, cross combination.
Davis throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Turolla.
Turolla misses with a double jab
and Davis counters with a two punch combo.
A solid leg kick lands there for Turolla.
Davis throws a combination. Turolla tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Davis misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Turolla wants to clinch but Davis slips to the side
and Davis counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Davis will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Davis lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Turolla loads up on a big right hand but Davis slips the punch.
Turolla keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Turolla has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Davis shoots in but Turolla avoids the takedown attempt easily.

A thudding body kick lands there by Turolla!
Davis takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Turolla fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Davis, pushing him back against the cage.
Turolla's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Turolla escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Davis swats away the attempt to clinch by Turolla.

Davis shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Turolla pinned against the cage. Turolla gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Turolla swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Turolla drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Davis darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Turolla bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A jab-cross combination lands for Turolla and sends Davis crashing to the mat! Turolla follows him down to the mat - Davis regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Davis is rocked!
It looks like Mike Davis has been cut.
Turolla escapes and gets back to his feet.
Oh Davis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Turolla drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Davis's head, knocking him out cold! Turolla is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Augusto Turolla!
