Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Forest Bird (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julio Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kanye West - Amazing kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Alyssa Summers and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bird throws an overhand right that lands on Silva's shoulder, as Silva tries to avoid the shot.
Bird ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Silva moves away.
Forest Bird seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bird darts in trying to clinch
and Bird takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Bird fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Silva checks it well.
A head kick misses from Bird.
Silva loads up on a big right hand but Bird slips the punch.
Bird fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Silva, pushing him back against the cage.
Silva drags the fight down to the ground.
Silva is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bird defends well.
Silva had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bird defends it easily.
Silva is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bird is aware though and is defending well.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Silva is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Bird can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

The referee warns Bird that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

A big strike lands for Silva! That's really hurt Bird and he's turned his back - Silva keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Silva jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
