Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tony Falks!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Paulo Alvarez!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Falks dives in and grabs Alvarez's left leg, looking for a takedown. Alvarez pushes down on Falks's head and hops out.

Alvarez shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Alvarez was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Alvarez lands a nice shot to the head.
Alvarez lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Alvarez lands a heavy elbow.
Alvarez prevents Falks from getting the reversal.
Falks sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Alvarez is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Falks wants to improve his position but Alvarez is controlling well.
Alvarez wants to take a breather but Falks is having none of it.
Alvarez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Falks. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Falks is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Alvarez connects with a nice short shot to Falks's temple.

Oh Falks is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Alvarez lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Falks quite badly. Falks pulls Alvarez in close trying to recover. Alvarez postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Falks on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Falks doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
