Malone comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Jimmy Hendrix - Vodoo Child kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Chester Copperpot could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Gunner Malone's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Copperpot shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Malone as he jumps to the side.
Copperpot avoids the body shot from Malone.
Malone throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Malone scores with a jab to the head.
Malone throws a shot from downtown. Copperpot moves away and avoids it.

Copperpot fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Malone sprawls well initially but Copperpot persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Copperpot works his foot free and advances to mount.

Copperpot is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Malone is surviving well by controlling Copperpot's body position as best he can.
Malone wants to control but Copperpot is having none of it.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Copperpot wants to finish this one by submission but Malone is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Copperpot.
Malone really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Copperpot. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Copperpot lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Malone hang on?

Malone defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Copperpot.
Malone is controlling an arm, preventing Copperpot from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Malone wants to hold on but Copperpot pushes him away.
Malone is looking to improve his position but Copperpot isn't that keen on the idea.

Copperpot jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Malone manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Copperpot has an Americana. Malone didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Copperpot is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Copperpot hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
